Our jams are made with seasonal fruit at Zero km and in autumn you can find jujube jams, persimmons and pears, while in the summer marmalades of plums and apricots.
For savoury lovers, we offer savoury cakes, cured meats and cheeses of Garfagnana or Lunigiana, local eggs, flatbreads and long leavening bread.
You can’t miss out on yogurt, cereals and muesli and fresh seasonal fruit.
Upon request, you can have products with alternative flours such as chestnut flour, millet flour, buckwheat flour, corn flour, rice flour and gluten free.
During the summer breakfast is served in the garden, enclosed within the historic walls of the city, where you will be immersed in the greenery among fruit trees, citrus fruits and sculptures by contemporary artists.
